1. From Route 90 - New York/Conn. Traveling East on Mass Pike (Trucks & Cars):

• Mass Pike or Route 90 to Boston to Route 93 North. Cars Take exit 27 just after TD Garden. See #8 below. Trucks take Exit 28 exiting from the right. Exit 28 sign says--To Route 99N, Sullivan Square, Somerville. See #7 below.

2. From Route 95 - New Hampshire/Maine Traveling South (Trucks & Cars):

• Take Route 1 South to Carter Street Exit (approximately 10 miles). See #5 below.

3. From Route 3 and/or New Hampshire Traveling South (Trucks & Cars):

• Take Route 95 North (128N) to Route 93 South. See #4 below.

4. From Route 93 Traveling South to Exit 31 (Route 16) in Mass (Trucks & Cars):

• Exit 31 (towards Revere) in Mass to Route 16 East in Medford.
• Follow 2.5 miles until you see D’Angelos Sub Shop on left. Take a Right just before Car Wash.
• Follow until you see a Green Bridge ahead. At lights before bridge, turn Right on Spruce St.
• At 1st light take a left onto Williams Street. See #9 below.

5. From Route 1 South – Carter Street Exit Directions (Trucks & Cars):

• Take Carter Street Exit to Chelsea/E. Boston (after route 16 Exit -- last exit before Tobin Bridge).
• Right at end of ramp and left at lights onto Everett Avenue.
• Right at lights onto Spruce Street – Mystic Mall is on your right.
• Left at 2nd set of lights onto Williams Street. See #9 below.

6. From Rhode Island Traveling North on Route 95 (Trucks & Cars):

• Follow 95 North to Route 128 Junction. Here you have three choices:
1) Follow 95/128 North to Mass Pike, Route 90, to 93 North to Boston. See #7 below.
2) Follow 95/128 North to Route 93 South to Exit 31. See #4 above.
3) Follow to Right – 128 South to 93 North through Boston.

Trucks take Exit 28—– – see # 7 below. Cars take Exit #27 – see #8 below.

7. From Exit #28 off Route 93N/Northeast Expressway (Trucks & Cars):

• Exit 28 off 93 North exits from the right side. Go to end of the exit ramp and turn right towards Route 99 North.
• You will enter a rotary – follow signs to 99 North, keeping the Schraffts Clock Tower on your right.
• Take a right on Dexter Street. Follow to end which is a “T” (Exxon Corp is ahead of you).
• Right on Beacham St. Stay on the main road as you go thru the Produce Market. The road bends several times and then the name changes to Williams Street. See # 9 below.

8. From 93N to Tobin Bridge to Route 1 Traveling North thru Boston - Exit #27 (Cars only):

• Exit 27 to Route 1 North/Tobin Bridge. Exit 27 exits from the left, just after you pass the Fleet Center on the left.
• Follow to end of ramp, going through tunnel and onto the Tobin Bridge. Take a right exit - first exit after the top of
the Bridge, Exit is marked " Chelsea Waterfront ".
• Follow down ramp through cross street. At lights, Take a right onto Williams Street. See #9 below.

9. From Williams Street, Chelsea (Cars and Trucks):

• Williams Street becomes Marginal Street. Once you reach Williams Street, follow approximately 1 mile, passing Through 2–3 traffic lights, depending where you enter Williams Street.
• For Pick-ups and Deliveries: After gas tanks on right, take next left onto Highland St. & first driveway on right, between buildings, is the entrance to Nanco’s Pick-up and Delivery, all the way to the back.
• For Offices & Showroom: After gas tanks on right, take second left onto Willow Street, main entrance is on the left.
